Foreign Language Learning programs in the Less Commonly Taught Languages LCTL are more important now than in the past.  Over the years, the emphasis of foreign language study has shifted.  Foreign Languages that were “less commonly taught’ are now more and more commonly taught, including Chinese, Arabic, Japanese and Russian.

  They are easiest to arrange through the 100% Total Language Immersion Program, but there are other options.
