Everyday Life in Other Countries
This is a Work in Progress. Â We will be adding to it. Â Your suggestions are welcome.
You learn more about the contemporary culture and daily life of other countries through looking at advertisements, going into in stores (supermarkets and local stores), spending time in department stores, and the local equivalent of Home Depot (just to name a company with which everyone is familiar).
You can get an idea of what styles are in fashion in other countries, foods, music, etc.
Most important, these are excellent vocabulary builders.
